Job Description:
Responsible for supervising, training, and educating business dealers to ensure proper implementation and standardization of our delivery system. Supports field operations, area surveys, center management, administrative duties, and policy enforcement.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School graduate / College level.
- Willing to perform field activities and travel across Cebu and Bohol for training and seminars.
- Fluent in Cebuano/Visayan and Tagalog; working knowledge of English.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
- Sales or field support experience is an advantage.
